Terms of Use
Account creation in Yiswa services through the site or application requires the approval of the following conditions (Terms of Use). The services – provided by Yiswa under the terms of use include many features and tools – that help the user to create and manage the account, recommendations and sharing it (service).

Yiswa has the right to update and change the terms of use by posting updates and changes to its website or application. It is also advisable to visit the site from time to time to see any update that may affect the user.
The user must read and agree to all the terms in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before becoming an official Yiswa user. By using Yiswa or any of its services, the user agrees to these terms.
Account Terms
The user must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority according to the laws and regulations of the country in which the service is from.
You must register with Yiswa to use the service and benefit from it by writing the full name as it appears in the official papers, the mobile number, a valid email and any required information as shown, requested in the registration form and Yiswa has the right to reject the request to create any account as it is entitled to cancellation of any account due, in accordance with the powers granted.
Yiswa has the right to use the email address as a primary method of communication.
The user is responsible for keeping his password safe. Yiswa is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of forgetting and not maintaining the security of the account and password.
The user is responsible for all activities and contents such as data, graphics, images and links that are downloaded under their account in Yiswa (“Account Content”). No virus, computer worms, or any symbols of a destructive nature should be transmitted.
Violation of any term in the account terms described in accordance with the powers granted to Yiswa will lead to immediate termination of user services and the claim for compensation.
Activate the Account
The person who benefits from the service is the contracting party (the account owner) who is subject to the terms of use and is the only person authorized to manage any other account that we may provide.
If you are subscribed to the service on behalf of the employer, then the employer is the account holder, and you are authorized by him/her and accordingly, the conditions apply to him/her.
General Provisions
You must read all the terms and conditions outlined in these terms of use and this Privacy Policy and agree to and accept them before becoming a member of Yiswa.
Help is provided to all Yiswa users and is only available via website/application and email.
The terms of use are subject to and apply the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the parties agree on the jurisdiction of the judicial authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, any dispute or claim arising from the conditions of use.
The account holder agrees that Yiswa may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms of Use on Yiswa website and / or application available at www.yiswa.app/terms-and-conditions
Amendments to the Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication. The account holder’s use of the services after the modification that occurs to them and which is published on the Yiswa website and / or the application is considered acceptance and acceptance of the amended terms of use. The user is not entitled to purchase a search engine or other click-to-pay keywords (such as Google AdWords) or names of identifiers that use Yiswa and Yiswa tags and / or various variations and misrepresented scripts for manipulation.
The user must be aware that the account content can be transmitted unencrypted and include
(a) transmission over various networks.
(b) changes to adapt and comply with the technical requirements of interconnection networks or devices.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the use of the service including the information sent to or stored by Yiswa, is subject to its privacy policy at www.yiswa.app/terms-and-conditions
Terms of use will be available in Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the English terms of use and the terms of use available in the Arabic language, the Arabic version is the version approved.
Yiswa Rights
The right to increase the amendment or termination of the service for any reason without notice at any time.
Yiswa has the right to refuse to activate the service for any reason, at any time.
Yiswa has the right to remove account content and accounts containing content that Yiswa deems at its own discretion unlawful, offensive, or threatening, libelous, defamatory, promoting pornographic or obscene content in any way or that violates the intellectual property of any party or violates the terms of use.
Verbal or verbal abuse of any kind (including the threat of abuse or retaliation) from any Yiswa customer, Yiswa employee, member or official that will lead to the termination of the account immediately.
Yiswa does not display pre-stored content and is subject to our sole discretion to reject or remove any stored content available through the service.
Yiswa is entitled to provide its services to any party, even with being a competitor to other parties benefiting from the same services, and is committed to Yiswa moral and legal Charter in no harm to any party or to refrain from his service to make gains to another party nor promise any form of exclusivity in any of the sectors available in the market. The user also acknowledges and agrees that Yiswa employees and contractors may be Yiswa customers at the same time and that they may compete with the user, but Yiswa may not use the user’s confidential information when doing so.
Yiswa shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to the interruption or failure of a transmission, communication or network service, acts of God, war, or other events or causes beyond Yiswa's reasonable control.
Yiswa reserves the right to amend or change the service or any part thereof or to discontinue the service at any time.
Term and Termination
The agreement between the user and Yiswa is effective on the date of account activation and continues until the account is terminated in accordance with these Terms of Use.
The user may terminate their account by providing Yiswa with written notice and discontinuing use of the service.
Yiswa reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user’s account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if the user breaches these Terms of Use or if Yiswa determines that the user’s use of the service is in violation of any laws or regulations.
Upon termination, Yiswa will delete all user data and account content, and the user will no longer have access to the service or any of its features.
